Have you seen the trash pickers?
Every city has got them
They pick up anything on the streets

 a cigarette stub

an empty match-box

a used match-stick

a used newspaper

a used stamp

a discarded handkerchief

an empty oil can

a half-eaten sausage

a mislaid bolt

a piece of broken mirror

…….  only to drop them further on!
